New Omnitracker adapter for SMT-X Self Service Portal

SMT-X the leading provider of Self Service Portal and Process Automation software today announced a new integration adapter with Omnitracker. This adapter provides seamless integration between the SMT-X Self Service Portal and the IT Service Management suite of Omnitracker.
Organizations that have deployed SMT-X Self Service Portal for their enterprise, IT, and departmental service catalogs can now leverage the Omnitracker Connector with it's state-of-art Service Management platform. The adapter delivers fully customizable integration with Omnitracker to create objects of any type. Integration is done through the provided Omnitracker web services.
This new adapters adds a new powerfull integration to the long list of adapters available for SMT-X Self Service Portal.

Today SMT-X has annouced a new partnership with InfraVision. Now that 2011 has come to an end it's time to look back to what has happened. In 2011 SMT-X has welcomed new customers and strengthened the relationship with the existing customer base. New continents have been added to our network and new distribution channels have been setup. During the year SMT-X has released 2 major versions in which many customer requests have been fulfilled and new modules have been introduced. The end of a year is not only about looking back, it's also a good time to look forward. 2012 will be the year of new partners, more customers and new sales regions.

For the first time in the company's history, SMT-X had a demonstration booth reserved at the HP Discover event in Vienna. With more than 5000 participants, this is Europe's largest software event. At the event we met with many of our customers and partners and were able to demonstrate our solutions.
New mobile client for SSP6 announced

SMT-X has announced that an agreement has been closed with a customer to create a new mobile client for SSP6. The new mobile client will become available for entitled customers early 2012. The mobile client will be HTML5 based and will support the most common mobile platforms like Android, Apple IOS and Blackberry.
