Dominic De Vilder, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dominic brings over 20 years experience in enterprise software to SMT-X. Prior to founding SMT-X, Dominic held positions at Alcatel e-Com, and A&D Consultancy. While at A&D Consultancy, he spearheaded the design and implementation of Honeywell’s request fulfillment solution. Building on his extensive software development and management experience, Dominic founded SMT-X in 2003. In his current role as Founder and CEO of SMT-X, Dominic oversees the company’s strategic growth and expansion into global markets.

Raymond Crijnen, Founder and Managing Director
Raymond leads the company’s efforts in customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. His background includes extensive experience in project management and IT consultancy for large enterprise organizations. He has in-depth knowledge of IT processes and can readily convert customer pain points into stellar solutions.

Tim Appelmans, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer at SMT-X, Tim is responsible for defining the company’s product architecture. Tim’s experience includes 8+ years of .NET development and project delivery experience with 2-3 years of experience as System Architect. He has extensive knowledge of Java and .Net and Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Application Servers. He also has Extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of complex, Large database systems (sql server and oracle). For Tim, “user-friendly” is not a buzzword but a strategic objective and cornerstone principle of the company’s development efforts.
